Use your lists from Planning Center
Connect Planning Center
In the sidebar, under Setup, choose Integrations and Connect Planning Center. Reach reads its people and lists; it never changes them.
Send to a list
On a newsletter issue, or in the publication’s settings, choose one of those lists as the Recipient list.
Sign-ups from your website
On a website built with Pages, a Newsletter signup block puts the people who sign up on your mailing list in Reach. Nothing needs to be set up in Reach for it.
What each person controls
Every email carries a link to the person’s own preferences page, where they can Unsubscribe from a list, Resubscribe, or Unsubscribe from everything. Unsubscribing takes one click, and the links do not expire.
SMS and WhatsApp are opt-in, channel by channel, and a STOP reply always wins.
