Site settings

Overview

Administrators use these settings to put the same details on every page of the site: where to follow you, how to reach you and the legal line in the footer. Each is a card on the Settings & Integrations screen with its own save button.

Social profiles, footer and contact details

  1. Open the settings

In the sidebar, choose Settings & Integrations. The site’s cards follow the general settings.

  2. Social profiles

Under Social profiles, paste the full address of each profile you have, such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, X or WhatsApp, and choose Save profiles. Each appears as an icon in the site’s footer.

  3. The legal line

Under Footer, type the Legal line: your company name, registration and accreditation numbers. Choose Save. It shows at the foot of every page.

  4. Contact details

Under Contact details, add a Phone, WhatsApp number, Email and Address, and choose Save. The footer shows them in a Get in touch column.

A floating contact button

  1. Turn it on

Under Floating contact button, switch on Show a contact button in the corner of every page.

  2. Where it goes

Choose the Channel: WhatsApp, Phone call, Email or A page. Enter the Destination: a number, an email address or a page such as /contact.

  3. What it says

Add a Label (optional), such as Chat on WhatsApp. For WhatsApp or email, add a Prefilled message (optional) that visitors can send as it is.

  4. Which pages

Under Pages, list addresses one per line to show the button only there, or leave it blank for every page. Choose Save.

Instagram

  1. Connect the account

Under Instagram, enter the Instagram handle and paste a long-lived Access token made in Meta for Developers. Choose Save. The token is kept secret and is not shown again.

  2. Show your posts

Add an Instagram feed block to any page. See the Blocks reference.

Good to know

Saved changes show on the site within five minutes. The same screen has the Site search and Events page cards: see Site search and Events page and calendar feeds.
