Who we are. This website is operated by Zavon Holdings (Pty) Ltd ("Zavon", "we"), a South African company. For any privacy question, contact our information officer at info@zavonholdings.com.

What we collect. When you contact us or book a demo, we collect the details you give us — your name, email address, organisation and message. If you choose to subscribe to our updates, we record that choice and the topics you selected.

Analytics without cookies. We measure how this website is used without cookies and without storing your IP address. Visits are counted with a daily-changing anonymous value that cannot be used to identify you or to follow you across days or websites. The only things this website keeps in your browser are what it needs to work, such as your privacy choice.

Why we use it. We use your details to reply to your enquiry, arrange and run a demo, and — only if you asked — to send you updates. We do not sell personal information.

Who we share it with. We share personal information only with service providers that help us run this website and deliver email on our behalf, under agreements that require them to protect it. We may disclose information where the law requires it.

How long we keep it. We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond and to maintain our relationship with you, and then delete them. You can unsubscribe from updates at any time with one click.

Your rights. Under POPIA you may ask to see the personal information we hold about you, to correct or delete it, and to object to its use. Write to info@zavonholdings.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator of South Africa.

Our products. When an organisation uses Zavon products, that organisation decides what personal information it collects and why. Zavon processes that information on the organisation's behalf, under our agreement with it.

Changes. We may update this policy and will publish the current version on this page.
