Pricing and plans
Plans start at R499 a month for one website and run to R5 900 a month for multi-site organisations, with Enterprise priced per engagement. See the pricing page for what each plan includes.
Yes. Every plan is priced and billed in South African rand.
No. Start with the product you need — most organisations begin with Pages or Reach — and switch on Shop, Workflows or HR when you are ready.
Yes, up or down at any time. Your content, people and settings stay where they are.
Migration
Moving to Zavon
Yes. Shop imports your products from a Shopify CSV export, or brings across a whole store in one go.
Yes. Reach imports past newsletters from .eml or HTML, including Mailchimp exports, so your next issue starts from your last one.
Yes. Pages syncs people and events with Planning Center, and can show Planning Center groups on your site. You can also keep your directory in Zavon without it.
We rebuild it in the Pages editor with you, and set up redirects so your old links and search rankings keep working when you switch your domain over.
Data protection
Privacy and security
Yes. Website analytics use no cookies and store no IP addresses, consent is kept per channel, every email carries one-click unsubscribe, and sensitive form answers can be limited to the people who need them.
Only the people you give access to. Roles are defined per app, resource and action, anything not granted is denied, and access to a single event, location or store can be granted without opening the rest.
With one Zavon account across every product, using passkeys or magic links, with two-factor authentication for the accounts that can change the most.
Setup
Websites, email and payments
Yes. Add your domain in Pages and we show you the DNS records to create — and can email them directly to whoever manages your domain.
Yes. Verify your domain and Zavon sends with managed DKIM and return-path, or sends on your behalf with replies going straight to your inbox.
Paystack, PayFast and Stitch, in rand. Each location can take payments into its own account.
Yes. Every location can have its own pages, team, events and payment account, with a map that helps visitors find the nearest one.
