Locations

Locations are the places your organisation works from — campuses, branches or offices. Each can have its own pages, venues, team and payment account.

Add a location

  1. Start a location

In the sidebar, under Site, choose Locations, then New location.

  2. Name and address

Give it a Name, then its Country, Region, City or town and Venue.

  3. Details

Under Location settings, add details such as Service times, Email, Phone and social links.

  4. Create it

On Website, choose Draft or Published for its page. Check its Address on the site on Review, then choose Confirm and create.

Inside a location

Open a location to manage its Details, Venues, Navigation bar, Team sections and Page design. In the Locations list, Design page opens its page in the editor.

A website for a location

A location can have a site of its own: under Site, choose Sites and domains, then New location site. Every plan includes one site; each additional site is R500 a month. The wizard’s Review step shows the price and the date billing starts, and only someone who manages billing can confirm it — anyone else is shown who to ask. A site taken off the air stops being charged from the next month.

Payments into a location’s own account

Under Settings, open Payment settings. Below the Organisation account, the Location accounts table sets up a separate payment account for each location, so payments for that location’s events go straight to it.
